What we collect:

the name, email address and country you submit on the launch-list form, your hire / sell / both selection, and the optional message you write. We also record basic technical data: a salted one-way hash of your IP address (used only to limit abuse — we never store the address itself), your browser's user-agent string, and where you arrived from.

Why:

to notify you when fastwork.com launches, gauge demand by market, and understand where sign-ups come from.

If you ask us to publish your message:

we show only your first name, your country and your hire / sell / both choice beside it — never your full name or email address. A person reviews every message before it appears, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.

Emails we send:

one confirmation email when you join, and an announcement when fastwork.com launches. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it stops all of them — including the launch announcement.

Who processes it:

Changesea Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), operator of fastwork.com, fastwork.co, fastwork.id and fastlance.vn. Our emails are delivered by Twilio SendGrid, which receives your name and email address for that purpose only.

Retention:

waitlist data is kept until launch plus 90 days, then deleted unless you create an account.

Analytics:

this site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies and collect usage data under Google's own terms.

Your rights:

email privacy@fastwork.com anytime to access, correct, or delete your data — no reason needed.
